The meeting on April 26, 2008 is being held at the Lake Forest Public Safety Building 255 West Deerpath Lake Forest, Illinois http://www.cityoflakeforest.com/cu/bldg/bldg_psb.htm. It is a CEP (Continuing Education Program) meeting on Driver/Passenger Safety. It is being presented by Office Michael Goy of the Lake Forest Police Department Crime Prevention/Public Education Unit and Toshi Lukens from the State of Illinois Department of Motor Vehcile Division. Women’s Self Defense Class
On Saturday March 8, 2008 my au pairs attended a two hour women’s self defense class at the Lake Zurich Martial Arts Center. This class provided them with the knowledge, training and power that enables them to choose not to be a victim. It was presented by instructors Tracy Goodyear and master Jim Andrews.
